  1. great diagram – looking forward to setting this up. convincing two other people to play is probably going to be a bigger challenge. One problem – the diagram doesn’t have any scale to indicate how far apart everything is, which will make creating a regulation knockout ball(tm) court a bit challenging…

    David, I was just curious what the “something terrible” would be that would have to happen for people to realize that it’s probably not a good idea to have “people swinging swords at each other with lions and tigers” in the Colosseum. Something more terrible than swords and lions and tigers? Haha. OMG I was laughing so hard. 🙂

    1. Michelle- I think the “something terrible” meant something breakable would be in the path of the knockout balls flying everywhere and liable to be tomped over and broken. lol…if you listened to the podcast “traditions” they explained it.

  3. good diagram! i’ve been listing to the explanation of knockout ball 3-4 times trying to figure out the rules. i think i’m just going to be the the tig wig wearer.
