Professor Blastoff Looking for a Weekly Artist

If you’ve visited the site since the beginning of the podcast, you’ve noticed the wonderful paintings every week that accompany the description of the show. Our good friend Andie Main has been nice enough to paint them. Sadly, she is getting a little too busy these days to keep up the workload, so if you like to paint or draw and have an interest in doing a weekly piece for the show – please let us know. Email us and we’ll start from there. We’re really going to miss Andie contributions, and make sure you visit her website and pick up an original Professor Blastoff piece, as they are now going to be pretty rare.

57 Reconciliation with Taylor Dayne

Tig’s long time acquaintance and subject of her joke you may have seen on This American Life Live dropped by the hatch this week to discuss reconciliation. Can you forgive someone truly? What if you’re banged up? Do you have to reconcile with yourself before you can reconcile with someone else? And is there always a price that someone can pay to make things okay again? Or are some things just unforgivable? Find out these answers as well as hear Kyle’s impression of Taylor, and hear the story of the little gay tennis bat, all at earwolf.com

56 Twins with the Sklar Brothers

Sociologists are constantly searching for the answer to what makes us who we are. Is it nature? Is it nurture? What if you had DNA that originated in the same egg as someone else at the same time as you? That’s exactly what we have this week. We invited our pals the Sklar Brothers, from their own earwolf podcast sklarbrocountry, to talk about what it’s like to be twins. What’s a moose knuckle? Do they feel pain when one is hurt? And all the other hacky twin questions you can think of. Check it out now at earwolf.com
